Our Farm

Our family build this small scale dairy farm on 2004 in Cisarua. It is still processed in small batches with great care, attention to detail and cleanliness. We raise our cows free of unnecessary chemicals, fertilizers and pesticides and we encourage an honest and transparent operation – giving you the ability to know where your milk comes from.

Our Milk

Why is our milk better?

Pasteurized at Lower Temp – Pasteurization is the process of heating milk up and then quickly cooling it down to eliminate certain bacteria. Unlike most commercial milk you see on the supermarket shelves we pasteurized our milk at lower temperature than usual (75-80C) for 15 seconds to retain enzymes that help with digestion and keep its natural flavor. The milk then quickly cooled down to 4C.

Single Herd – Whereby most milk producer source from different farms or herds and mix them altogether, creating an uneven flavor and content, you get the milk ONLY from our farm making sure that what you receive is consistent every week.

Fresh – We guarantee you that the product you received is milked no less than 3 days before and carefully handled throughout the way. Our milk undergoes minimal processing and we do not add anything to the milk or take anything out, so you are actually getting real milk.

Un-homogenized – We processed the milk ourselves and because it is un-homogenised you will find a rich layer of cream on top of our milk. Due to our farming methods we choose not to standardize our milk, therefore the cream or fat content may changes depending on the season.
